The number of spectators at Congressional Country Club may have been thin due to the storm damage and power outages, but CBS Sports' television audience for the AT&T National was most decidedly not. Try a 188% increase over last year's telecast. Of course, shots like this one certainly help boost ratings: For those of you who may be getting tired of reading about Mr. You-Know-Who, the undeniable fact is that when he is in position to win, audiences swell. I watched it on TV. Lots of guys win tournaments, practically a different guy every week, but when you watch someone who has done it 70+ times it's different. There is a certain mastery at work, even if it's not always outwardly apparent. That to me is interesting. Impressed to see this post accompanied by a concurrent photo from the actual event! Torleif are you gunning for Nathan's job or something? Nate better watch your back. 7/3/12

I hate to admit that I'm victim to it, but golf is more fun to watch when You-Know-Who is playing well. 7/3/12
I went to the tournament on Sunday and following around this group was amazing. It was electric and soooooooooo exciting! There are plenty of Tiger haters out there, but if he isn't a contender, and some of my new favorites are also out of it, I'm not watching. 7/3/12
