West Sayville Golf Course

West Sayville is a Suffolk County Public Golf Course located off the the Great South Bay. This seaside course is long, windy and narrow making it a challenging test for all golfers.

The near seaside golf course at West Sayville is the least windy of the 4 Suffolk County courses. What it lacks in wind it makes up for with its narrow fairways and above average length from the Blue Tees. In mid-August the greens were soft and bumpy (please fix your ball marks) and the sand traps lacked sand in many places but had no shortage of big rocks. The fairways and tees are in solid condition. County tee times are fairly easy to obtain and they are very affordable. The staff is accommodating and friendly.
