Twining Valley Golf Club

Twining Valley Golf Club, features a par 70 course that stretches to over 6000 yards from the back tees. The historic course was co-designed by Jock Mackenzie, Hugh Reilly and Gardner Dickenson and opened for play in 1931. It has been one of the most popular public courses in the Philadelphia area since.

only gave a 2 overall because it was $15 to walk, and the guy in the proshop was not as unpleasant as usual. The fairways were.....actually not quite sure if there were any fairways. The greens were just as long as most fairways I have played so far this year. NONE of them were cut the same???

The ground here is hard like a parking lot. This would be a great course to take someone who is just learning to play. You can skull it and still roll the ball 100 yards.
