Don't believe the hype, I don't understand why everyone raves about the course. I've played it a couple times, and played pretty well there, I just don't like it. It's very much what you see is what you get. Tee shots are pretty wide open, but the second shots are demanding so you need to be in play. If you miss a green you better miss it short, because seemingly surrounding every green are 6-10 foot high mounds, so if you miss a green, baring a miraculous chip/putt, you are making bogey. If you hit the greens, which are fairly flat, it's pretty easy. It is always in pretty good shape, but I just don't see what all the rage is about. If you play the twilight rate, the price is great, but otherwise it lives off the Gaylord name and isn't worth the money. The twilight rate made this place a great deal. I really wish it would not have been cart path only though, long walks. Your Review
