Preston West Par 3 Golf Course

Played this course a week or so ago. I played on a friday and was very surprised that the tee boxes, fairways and greens had not been maintained. It looked if it had been over a week since it was last mowed. The balls would stick to the fairway due to the long grass was more like rough instead of a fairway. The greens had the usual divot marks but noticed it had many putter face marks on the greens as if people angry that they had missed putts slammed their putters in the ground. The staff was very nice and the pace was ok. It looked like they had neglected the course some though. The driving range is a big source of the income for the club and is always busy and seems they could use the generated money to put back on the course. The cost of beer is only 150 per can instead of the local price of 250.
