Hawaii Country Club

The course was built to preserve the naturally twisting landscapes of the underlying valley. Compared with many of the flatter courses on the island of Oahu, it has a uniquely charactered landscape with many hills and valleys.

Enjoy a round of golf with views of Pearl Harbor and Diamond Head on the oldest public course on the island of Oahu.

Beautiful scenery on one of the strangest courses I have ever played. I remember playing here as a beginner because no one was really playing here and it was easy to get a tee time.

Despite the very strange layout the course is very unique and we had a fun day. I remember playing the course thinking that this would be a great place to have junior gold tournaments.

You dont need to hit long on this course but you do need to be accurate.

Put some sand into the traps gang, it was hard as concrete in there.

The greens were in rough shape and pretty bumpy for the most part. Three greens were under repair and had temporary greens with a 2 put gimmie. I guess this means that they are making strides.

This would not be my first choice of a golf course to play but if you are playing with first timers, this may be a good choice to start with. Just make sure you get a good layout of the holes since it can get very confusing from one hole to the next.

Great value but the course could use some serious work.
