Royal Kunia Golf Club

Royal Kunia Country Club features a championship, 18-hole golf course designed by architect Robin Nelson. Originally slated to open in 1994, local politics held the course dormant for nearly a decade. Finally, in April, 2003, Royal Kunia Golf Course was unveiled to the public. The course boasts many beautiful views of Pearl Harbor and the city of Honolulu from it's mountaintop location. The picturesque, rolling fairways are lined with palms and other native flora. Water comes into play on several holes and bunkering is plentiful. The large undulating greens are challenging but fair.

Fun track minus the rock hard sand traps. Had the entire course to ourselves. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Rates are about $5-$10 over priced. Look forward to playing again.
