Junior, senior, and twilight discounts are available, as is special pricing for police, fire, active-duty military, and the clergy. Memberships are also offered and the course is also able to host group and corporate outings and events.

Also noteworthy is that Mike Bender, PGA, named by Golf Digest as one of the top 50 instructors in the U.S., has his golf academy based here.

This course lacks maps (score cards are xerox copies), no or limited yardage markers..Did not care for the course. Disappointed in how it was shown/described and how it actually was.

The good:

The new Greenskeeper is bringing the course back, into great shape. The greens are rolling well.

Their current deal is a 160.00 per month weekday membership for unlimitede play, and includes cart! It's well worth the prices on Golfnow as well. Magnolia Plantation is certainly one of the nicer public courses in the area and certainly one of the better maintained.

There is a lot of wildlife, from the relaxing...deer, birds, etc.

The not so good:
The wildlife...a black bear came within 25 yards of me on the 18th fairway...he was running across the fairway from the water towards a house. Talk about a distraction...

They need some new range balls as the current are shot.

The course is wet. Not only is there a fair amount of water potentially in play, but the drainage is not good.

There houses on many of the holes and a couple of them have kid's slides etc just OB.

The bottom line...
It's one of the better deals in North East Orlando. It's a target course, so bring enough balls if you don't hit fairways and greens!

The course is in great shape, greens are awesome. Hopefully they can keep it up!

Great course in nature. Common to see deer and hawks. Picturesque and a nice challenge from the back tees yet fair enough from the forward tees. The only knock is some drainage issues after a lot of heavy rain but for the price, it can not be beat
