The course runs through three different landscapes - live oaks, cypress wetlands (water is on 11 holes), and upland pine forests. Enough effort was made to preserve wildlife habitat that the course has earned Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary status. Rates vary by season and specials are usually listed on the course web site.
