4000 Grand Ave Hoover, AL 35226-6201 www.RTJGolf.com/rossbridge/ 205.949.3085 The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Ross Bridge is located just outside Birmingham, on 330 acres. This course stretches from 5,312 to a monstrous 8,191 yards, and is notable also for hosting a Champions Tour event until 2010. Also on-site is a 262-room hotel and spa. Ten holes play along the banks of two man-made lakes connected by an 80-foot waterfall between the 9th and 18th greens. The 7th and 9th holes are very notable for the scenery, while the 487-yard par-4 18th is arguably the toughest, with water down the entire right side. The peak rate here is $136. Course Details
Average Hole Difficulty
Course was great. It is very open and challenging at the same time. Greens are huge and roll quick. The price could be a little cheaper though. I don't know if it is really worth $100+. It is a must play for the RTJ trail though. I've played some of the finest courses in the world and I have to say that these were the best greens I have ever putted (I did play the day after the Senior PGA tour event). Your Review
