The fees are too high for the condition of the course. Most tee boxes are not level. Fairways are not sloped properly, so water gathers in low spots, and condition of fairways is terrible. Club house is very basic, needs some serious work, and the menu needs improvement.

Recently redesigned from 27 to 18 holes. Sadly they removed most of the good holes from the old blue nine, and left the red nine, with the worst layout and conditions, untouched. They seemed to have run out of real estate in the redesign. The new 17 is a par 4 with a ridiculous 150-yard layup to a pond and a long second shot to the old blue nine first green. Despite the redesign and new ownership the course is still in rough condition.
