Black Diamond Golf Course

This 18-hole course is located in the Kawartha Lake region of central Ontario. The standard walking rates here are C$49 weekdays and C$54 on weekends and holidays (carts are C$16).

The back 9 has too many holes where you need prior knowledge of where to lay up prior to the sharp dog legs. The bunkers have rocks the size of my fist just below the surface, waiting for your club. Finally, the marshalls are horrible and do nothing to speed up play.

Back - Treed target Golf with many wonks holes like 90 degree dog legs, trees dead center in the middle of the fairway, severly sloped greens.

Great track, well-priced. Linksy on the front, parkland on the back. 18th hole is a little silly in a uphill, hard dog-leg but the rest of the course is really nice.
