DubsDread Golf Course

Advertised as the oldest public-access course in central Florida, DubsDread opened in 1923 with a design by Tom Bendelow and is known for having hosted the Orlando Open. Even after a major redesign by architect Michael Dasher in 2008, DubsDread still features narrow fairways and small, well-bunkered greens. A restaurant and bar are also on-site.

The non-resident walking rates are $32 Mondays through Thursdays, $45 on Fridays, weekends, and holidays (carts are $11).

Great little course for the money. It has been a dry winter in Orlando and you can tell it. Overall in very good condition.
