Played yesterday on a sunny crisp day. The course is quite muddy in most places, so Oregon Mudders or Galoshes are good footgear. However the greens were in pretty good shape, and the layout of the course is well thought out with several high risk/high reward options. I'm not a long hitter, but I can see how this course's strategy would change significantly if I could hit longer balls. Lovely scenery everywhere with the backdrop of Lake Ballinger. Online deals are available, although best price for 18 holes is still at the pro shop (play the course twice). Putting green is OK, but there is no chipping practice area.
