Courses at Fort Meade (CLOSED)

Both courses at Fort Meade closed on May 1, 2012; the land is necessary for new Army building construction projects. The Applewood Course was the oldest of the two, designed by U.S. Army Major Robert B. McClure and opened in 1950. Noted architect George Cobb designed the Parks layout, which debuted in 1950.

Stay away! Terrible layout in incredibly bad condition. "Players" roam the course looking for "open" holes cutting in front of established groups. If you value your life and sanity, go elsewhere!
