Designed by Russell Moser, this beautiful course was built in 1992, and has hosted Former President Clinton and a host of his guests. Today, the course has been completely restored and is maintained to the highest standards, affording golfers a classic layout reflecting many of the great features of traditional Maryland golf courses.

I have never made a comment to a golf course before but felt compelled to do so after paying $30 to play Maple Run yesterday, November 11, 2012. Never before have I played a course in as terrible condition as yours! I was absolutely appalled at the condition of carts, clubhouse, out buildings and course. The carts were "ratty" at best. Every one I saw had ripped/torn upholstery, missing pieces, no windshields and were generally in poor repair. The one I drove had a loose front end that made it very difficult to steer. My partners cart had no parking brake and on several occasions started to drift backwards while we were shipping on the green. The exterior of the clubhouse, as well as the outbuildings, looked like they hadn't had any work performed in years. Broken carts littered the yard along with misc. disabled equipment. The inside of the clubhouse was absolutely filthy, as was the men's room. I can't imagine what the kitchen area looked like.0A0A- The course itself was another disaster. The cart paths were atrocious, with tree roots and buckled asphalt the norm. On a few holes there was no asphalt, a root covered dirt trail served as the cart path. Even the best of paths proved a challenge for my kidneys. As for the course, it was terrible at best. Weed infested fairways were the norm and the greens weren't much better. I have no idea what you do with the greens fees you collect from unsuspecting golfers, but you clearly DO NOT put any funds back into the course. Yesterday will be the last time I play Maple Run and I will surely spread the word among my fellow golfers. I also plan on sharing my comments on as many golf-related websites I can find. You guys need to get out of the golf course business because you are absolutely inept and incapable of running even a mediocre operation.

Play the front 9. The back 9 is dumpy at best. The conditions are poor and you play a par 5 under power lines, and through the same lines on 3 other holes. The front is ok though, particularly for the price.

I like 2 for 20 deal with a cart, views of the mountains

Nice course can't beat the price. Only drawback no driving range to warm-up. Small putting green to chip and putt.

Great course! The course was in really good shape yesterday. It was extremely well watered. There are a few greens on the back 9 with minor imperfections, but nothing to make them unplayable.

Course was in pretty good shape. Greens ran pretty true, still some goofey holes on the back but overall not a bad treack.

Rained out. Only played front 9. Wonderful experience. Can't wait to play greens when dry. Great course for the money. Play it today!

Gr8 pace of play, Front nine was much better than the back. Seemed like the back nine has not been maitained as well. First time there, will most likely play again in the future.

They need to do a better job keeping the leaves out of the fairways in the fall.

This course has potential- and in complete fairness, I could have just played it and had a single bad experience, but I didn't enjoy it much. The holes didn't match the scorecards, the mowing wasn't kept, and the greens were burnt. The website makes it look great- and I would love to hear a good review of it, but I just cant give it myself.
