![]() Voorheesville, NY 12186-5330 www.AlbanyCC.cc 518.765.2854 This somewhat hilly course offers great views of the Capital District. The Empire State Plaza can be seen from the fifth green the 16th tee. All the greens are undulating and elevated, some of the them are multi-tiered and "potato chip" shaped. In addition, water hazards come into play on four holes. The signature hole is #16, a 172-yard, par 3, featuring a panoramic view of the surrounding area. This hole requires your tee shot to carry over both a pond and a stream to a somewhat undulating green. There is plenty of wildlife like turkey, deer, and fox that can be seen on the course. This club was originally founded in 1890 and has been listed by the USGA as one of the first 100 clubs established in the U.S. It was also recognized in Golf Magazine's 1995 list of "The First 100 Clubs in America." Average Hole Difficulty
One of the best private courses in the Capital District. The course conditioning is superb, the greens are true & fast and it's a hard but fair test of golf (especially the uphill par 5 18th hole). #16 has great views of the entire area and is the signature hole Your Review
