Interesting course that was shockingly empty on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in June. It's in excellent condition, short but challenging with lots of fairway bunkers and patches of nearly unplayable fescue rough. The 12th hole is a great uphill par 4 with nice views from the green.

My two complaints are that the 15th hole is a gimmick par 5 like something out of a Golden Tee course, the fairway narrows dramatically with trees on both sides at about 160 yards, and then the green has an upper level on the left that's literally 10-12 feet above the lower right portion of the green. Really a stupid hole. Also there are no yardage markers on the tee boxes for the par threes, so you're completely guessing on the distance when hitting over water. Local knowledge is probably worth at least 3 or 4 strokes.

Short course, but with half of the par 4s being drivable it is very fun. Never feels like a short course because the layout continuously changes. A lot of different looks. And Cheap!
