 Swing Setter- David LeadbetterReviews/Comments   xyarza - 11/25/12instructions and video indicate you should reach a setting of 5 for both backswing and downswing. However, I have found it helps me far better with my own settings, at about 3.8 backswing and 4.5 downswing. Number of Users: 14
