One of the best beginner/intermediate instructional videos I have seen online. Most videos are short and only address one item or tip. Every tip in this video is solid for fundamental practice, its 35 minutes. It is intended to promote the tour Striker Pro. To be clear I don't endorse that product, just looks silly to me.

I'll be honest. The only golfing video I've ever watched is Phil Mickelson's. Now, I used to be a lot more accurate chipping, but I used to waste a lot more shots chipping, too. Now, when I chip, I hit it cleanly every time. It's just a matter of reading the green correctly, which is something I suck at. But I will say this. Phil's video completely changed my game for the better in the long run.

I watched that when you posted this link back in '10 and I agree that video was pretty darn good, and a lot more than just how to use the tourstriker. That guy seems pretty legit, I've seen him comment and helping golfer on some other websites...

Anyway... here is something which recently impressed me. I saw this video regarding the D Plane explained about a year or so back and found it very well presented. Well I finally took a look at yesterday at this teachers other videos and heard some things explained very simply and freshly. Some of the videos caught my attention because he goes into there being more than one way that a player might swing and shows how they each work.

i have watched and listened back through these videos (other than the ones which are specific to one-planers) and I hope that if you guys have checked it out that it is as refreshing to you as it was to me. The concept of "tips" being good for some golfers and not good for others I now understand. The one about the roll release vs the stable release... bingo. I feel like I have been sometimes working on correct things, but sometimes working and fretting about changing things in my swing which do not pertain to my swing, now that it is explained.

I guess in the long run it is just another video from a golf swing teacher pro - but increasingly my radar for sniffing out junk that doesn't work has been firing, and some of this is falling on my ears at the right time.

Anyone have opinions on the Jim Hardy book he mentions?
