I updated my Iphone OS to ver. 4.2, but yesterday when I tried to use the app, it did not work correctly. It does not let me introduce the score nor the # of putts for each hole. I can input all other info (Playable drive, fairway, etc.).

I think it might be because of the OS update.

What can I do?

Apple has approved an update to the app which should be available Now or Very soon. We've had the update in since before the new iOS- but it's been a little slow to get approval.

Check for updates.

I just updated to ver 1.0.5, But now I have Another problem.

When I try to start a new round I get this message:

Unable to load GPS Data

And I only have two options: EXIT / TRY AGAIN

None of them lets me continue entering my scores.

In ver 1.0.4 The GPS option was in the main menu. Now I cannot find it to disable it.

In iphone's SETTINGS/GENERAL I turned OFF the GPS option for this app, but The result is the same.

I've been experiencing the same problem with ver 1.0.5. Is there a solution to it yet?

Has anyone had this problem with version 1.0.6? If so please let us know which course.

I just upgraded to ver 1.0.6 and the problem remains. I can't download any of the hawaii courses, some of which worked fine on the first version of the App e.g. Leilehua.

What type of phone and version of iOS do you have? Could you try the following:
Touch Settings and then the App Data Clear button. Then touch Settings again and touch the Change button for your account. Login to your same account. Then try to download the course again. Thanks for your patience as we try to figure out why this is happening.

My phone is an iPhone 4 software ver 4.2.1.
I went through the steps above and it has fixed the problem. What does the App Data Clear button actually do? Thanks for your help.

Clearing app data forces the app to resync with the server. For example if you were to enter a score through the site or another phone it might take 4 hours for the app to pick it up but clearing app data will force it to grab it immediately.

In this case you login session became invalid we are looking into a fix. Most likely reason would have been signing into another phone or device and then coming back to this one.
