Anyone tried any of these clubs.
http://www.gigagolf.com/index.jsp?af=irons
They look like the are just copying the big name brands.
I see designs like Ping, Callaway, and TMade.

Anyone?

I actually was looking into those when I was given the clubs that I currently use. I was wondering the same!

I checked them out about 9 months ago. They seem to offer great value for money. I dont know about the build quality though.

You could also try www.linksmangolf.com
I have heard good things about them.

I have 5 GigaGolf 6-irons of various models to try out.
They seem to be of decent quality, fit and finish.
It is kinda funny how they look a lot like big-name designs.
Equipped with midsize grips, graphite s flex shafts and my length (+.25) all to try out for under 150.00.
I intend to use their 30 day money back try 'em plan.
We'll see how that goes.
Maybe i'll post some links to images n stuff if folks are interested in learning more.

I bought 3 gx922 wedges - approach, sand, and lob, all with firm flex steel shafts. The clubs appear well-made and they have held up well for the 12-15 rounds I've played with them.

They're easy to hit and forgiving enough on mis-hits to keep things in-bounds most of the time. My handicap (~22) doesn't qualify me to do an in depth review but I would definitely buy from Gigagolf again : they have a great selection of all kinds of clubs and many customization options, as well as a 30 day return/exchange guarantee.

I'm not affiliated in any way with them other than being a satisfied customer.

update:
They eventually refunded my account.
Be prepared to:
Send unanswered e-mails...gotta do it to document for FLA. Attorney general a pattern of neglect.
Call very frequently to talk to impotent "Customer Service" reps who assure you they will fix things....NOT!
Assume you may need to take possession of anything you buy from GigaGolf despite their return guarantees without recovering expenses.
It takes a LOT of work to get anything done if you are not satisfied with their products.
Last thing, be suspicious of a "credit manager" who appears to never be available.
My recommendation is to look carefully elsewhere.

I had pretty good dealings with Gigagolf, clubs were what I spec'ed out and shipped fast. I never tried returning anything, so not sure about that procedure. They did send me a replacement strap for a walking bag that I wore out, which I really didn't expect them to do (I basically wore that cheap bag out due to heavy use).

As far as the clubs, I thought they were great for me as starter clubs. I enjoyed trying different specs on shafts/lie/grip etc. What I did was order a mix set to try different things. Some were great, some I didn't like. I did not like the woods/driver, but some of the irons were a good fit. I was pretty happy overall with the clubs esp for price. I stopped playing them about a year ago as I was given a set of TM Tour Burners on loan.

I'm thinking now about getting properly fitted and buying some new irons. I wanted to chat about the new Mizuno's... I'll start up a new post on that subject.

You won't have the absolute latest tech, but giga is good place for a starter set or to save money - but choose your shaft wisely. The lightweight steel they default to is not what many people are expecting. They do have plenty of other options, and UST graphite is great value, too.
