The big 3 and Nike are getting most of the attention this year it seems.


What are your favorite new selections of golf equipment for 2011?


I'm sticking with Mizuno for irons, but Cleveland really surprised me this year with their woods and hybrids.
The Miyazaki shafts that come stock fit me so well it's scary. Demo'd probably every club you can think of last week and settled on a new driver, fw, and 2 hybrids - all Cleveland with Miyazaki C. Kua shafts.

Nike's new hybrids almost got me, but the Tour version of the Cleveland Mashie is even better with the 83g shaft.

I really love Nike's new equipment. I bought the Machspeed Black which came out in October (but its basically part of the 2011 lineup) and its the best driver I have ever had. I got it with the stock shaft that came in the Vr Pro and I think it is a deadly combination. I am also very excited to try their new ball the 20XI.

Although my favorite irons are still my Nike VRs split cavitys (the original VRs) Cleveland really has something in the CG16 tours. They shoot of the face, feel amazing and have incredible distance. That along with the new hybrids has me really excited about Cleveland. All in all I would have to say Nike is one and Cleveland is two for me.
