I was trying to decide on Taylormade's Ghost Putters... blade or mallet.

I went to play at my local course, and I saw a bunch of these putters, I pick them up, and I look at the name, POWERBILT.

They are practically identical to the Taylormade ghost line. They are called ghost even.
The pro there showed me the differences, technical changes I guess for Copyright reason, but I still can't believe they can get away with it.

Also, only 1/4 the price.
I think I will get one, cheap enough TRIAL run, but wondered if anyone has heard of, used them, or known or heard things about them.

I used to have powerbilt metal-woods. I liked them.

I grew up playing Powerbilts in the 60's. My Grandfather gave me a set for H.S. Graduation. He would give me a full set of Rams or a 1/2 set of Powerbilts....I chase the Powerbilts....played them for 20 years.

They were the best until the mid 70's

2 years ago I got the Powerbilt Air force One driver, 3W & 3H & 4H, followed by the AFO irons.

Got my Hcap down to 13 with them.

Currently gaming Mizzy MP-53's with Cally FTiz woods, but occassionally go back to the Powerbilt bag and play.
