what kind of Man would let anyone talk to them like that especially when the other party is in the wrong. I would have played around them if not call the clubhouse. But i agree FAKE.

i think having a cell pgone on the course is just rude, and i didn`t skip any holes because i was playing a new course and i wanted to try out all 18 holes. but that story was TRUE, banker.

sometimes i don`t even NEED a cell phone, some courses i play at have gps that also allow you to send messages to the clubhouse.

Player, I went back and re read your initial post. You said it took 4 hours to play 9 holes.That can't possibly be true. Something is seriously wrong there. I've seen some slow play but how is what you are claiming possible? Do you just make stuff up for some reason? You can't be 27 years old. I'll bet you are 9 years old.

again, merlin, this is a true story. the 5 some did stuff like hitting way too many mulligans, look for balls for about 15 minutes(the rules only allow 5), dillydally around instead of hitting, and TALKING ON A CELL PHONE, which is why i don`t bring my cell phone on the course. a round of golf is supposed to get rid of all the pressures of life for a few hours. in fact, one guy in the 5 some got a phone call as he was preparing to take a shot, and wasted about 10 minutes with his conversation before he hit that shot. it`s amazing how rude people can be sometimes.

It has taken me four hours to play a 9 hole course before. It sucks, but it happens.
