Allow for the creation of a tournament with the option of selecting Oob golfers to compete. 1 day, 2 day tourney formats and more. Skins option as well. Allow selection of a course to automatically calculate course handicap for each player. For any non-Oob golfer, allow for input of handicap from another system or just an educated guess if no official handicap.
