Alamo Golf Club (San Antonio, TX)

It currently has two entries and both are incorrect

The rating/slope is
blue 65/112
white 62.6/107
red 63.3/104

I updated the course according to the yardages on the site. I couldn't any slope/rating on their website so I used the USGA rating database. You should be good to go.
