Hello golfers:

I'm glad to find so much info and useful tools at the site! I can't wait to enter my scores so I can print a jagged line chart like everyone else Wink

I was looking for an oobgolf member that would like to tee it up at Glen Mills on next Friday Aug 15.
I'm coming down from Toronto on business, have blocked off the day and have two spots reserved at 10:12am. I'm 25 HCP, ranging from 90-106, and am ready for a great round ... hopefully with a few tips from someone who's played the course before. I understand it's one of the nicer public courses in the state.

If you're interested, I'll spot for breakfast and beverages - please reply directly via PM (not sure it's working for me) or email

Regards,
Bob Grove

I would also appreciate your vote for the Golf Channel Road Trip: Myrtle Beach contest - here's the link:

Thanks! Smile

I understand that when Canada was discovered, they were looking for a name for it. So they put all the letters of the alphabet in a box. One guy reaches in and pulls out a "C" eh? then an "N" eh? then a "D" eh?
Can you confirm this? eh?

Rolling Eyes dunno, I was born near Bethlm, PA, raised in Lars Vaygus, NV and lived in Bahstun, MA for a good number of years ... then my wife and I moved to eh-Spain. By the time I reached Toronto I was all f'dup. Shocked

sure thing ... there are some options here, Richmond Hill is nice, haven't played Royal Woodbine, Brae Ben or Kleinburg yet, and if you like long ... Glen Eagle is good (but I won't be walking that one again soon!).

You may also have a line on some places here - beside the oobgolf map, there's a decent one here:

I'll keep in touch and contact you when the time gets a little closer. The beauty of this is being able to be directed to a good course by local knowledge. Thanks and the beers are on me....
