I haven't been able to access the new monthly reports at all since you added them. I just get a blank screen.

To clarify, you can see the links, but when you click the link it pulls up a blank page?

Correct. It takes about 30 seconds to load and then just shows a white screen. I tried to download it to my computer to and it said there was an error.

Thanks, I'll make a note of it.
I have two long shot ideas, first try clearing your cache and second try a different browser.

I'm using Safari on an iMac. Tried clearing the cache and that didn't work. Switched over to windows and tried IE and had the same issue.

Thanks for letting me know. So it sounds like it's an unique issue with your account and not a global problem.
To be up front with you, it could be a minute before I can get a development resource to look into the issue so I'm going to try one last thing to help your situation. I'm going to refund your Addict purchase, which will remove your Addict status, and then I want you to repurchase Addict.
My fingers are crossed ...

I haven't tried the monthly report but I get a similar result (a white screen) when I try to see the leaderboard (www.oobgolf.com/golfers/leaderboard.php). All site links that hit this URL give me the same behavior.
This occurs in firefox and chrome. I tried clearing the browser cache and enabling pop-ups but neither changed the behavior. I am an addict+ user, BTW.

Hey CeeBee-
The monthly report is only available for Addicts, so as a free member you won't be able to see it.

I did find out the reason the monthly report is not working for a few people is because the file was too big. We raised the script limit from 32mb to 64mb so it should work now. And for some reason, the monthly report does not work in Chrome, but it does work in IE8 and Firefox.
Try again and let me know if y'all can access your report.
