Always have 14 in the bag, but they change, depending on golf course, anticipated course conditions, how I've been hitting certain clubs, etc. I carry at least 20 clubs in my car.

lol...and I have at least 50 clubs at my house. This is after donating a set to my nephew.

I like carrying all my clubs! Even on short courses where I know I won't use a driver. I just like LOOKING like a pro!

In the interest of travelling as light as possible, my very small bag only contains 9 clubs 6 balls 2 plastic tees, 3 cigars, shoes and laser.

No. Changed sticks last week to the Cally Razr X's (4 iron to attack wedge.) Added an Adams 4 hybrid, which I hit distance wise between my 5 and 3 woods, BUT more accurate, so I dropped the fairway woods. Also, because the Cally set had the attack wedge, dropped my 48*, 54*, and 58* Clevelands and went to a 56* Cleveland, so playing with 12 clubs in the bag now, and quite suprised and pleased with the results. Makes me more aware of course management with respect to hitting shots to my next yardage. If I add anymore clubs, would be a 3 hybrid and a lob wedge.

Just replying to this subject as i'm now carrying Mizuno Mp58's 4-pw,a Driver,a hybrid,and a putter. During a normal round the only clubs that are constantly used are Dr, 5-9 irons and the odd time pw. I prefer to use a 7 or 5 iron around the greens with a putting stroke just for a little bump and run shot so my bag is quite light. Next time you go round a course see which clubs you use then on the next round leave the ones you didn't use on your previous at home.
