Ok man, in all honesty I looked at your profile and noticed a few things:
1. The tees you are playing from are too long. Based on how far you hit this hybrid, and your other post where you complained about the driver, I assume you are not smashing drives 250+. Therefore, you should move up a tee block or two. Play around 5800 total yards. This will make you feel better about your game as you'll score better! Get some rounds under 100 and I bet your mental state improves, you'll swing easier and have more fun!
2. Keep more stats. By keeping GIR, FIR, and putts, you can analyze your game in more depth and see where you need to practice. You may see something about your game you didn't realize when it's just broken down there on paper. You're an "addict" so you have access to lots of stat tracking options on this awesome site!!!
3. Equipment:
A. Not sure why you have a blade 4 iron. I would not be able to hit this consistently well.
B. A 60* wedge can be difficult to hit well. If you are getting too under the ball with this or can't judge the distance right, it may be a problem.
C. Never seen those Maxfli irons. Your game may improve with a larger cavity back iron that gives more forgiveness, gets the ball up, and provides more consistent distance.
D. How are your grips? Make sure they still have traction. If not, get new grips.
Phew!
