I'd like to add a few comments regarding http://mobile.oobgolf.com

The order of the fields should be:
    - From Tee
    - Fairway
    - Distance (when added)
    - Score
    - Putts
    - Sand Shots
    - Plty Strokes
    - Comments

The main page should show your handicap.

is there a way for the fields to default to numbers on the iPhone?

Thanks, we will look into this. the reason we had the previous ordering (score towards top) is because some people don't track everything.

I have spent considerable time looking for a way for the iphone to default to numeric pad. If anyone knows of a web app that does this let me know.

just curious would people rather see score, putts, etc as drop-down/combo boxes with 1-10.

I would be for drop-downs. it'd definitely be better for the iPhone.

how is the "projected score" calculated? it doesn't seem to be very accurate. i noticed a few times that when i start the 18th hole... my projected score is my current score.

That's Great, Kevin! Thanks!

I played a round today, and my projected score starting the 18th was 90, but the projected score said 89.

i broke 100 for the first time!

How is the "Course/Tee (tees played)" drop-down populated? it seems pretty random. it shows courses/tees that i played a year ago, but it doesn't show ones i've played recently.

i'm not sure if it's a bug or not. it's just something i noticed.

Once the game has ended, oobmobilegolf lists the statistics for all 18 holes. This information is displayed vertically on my PDA. Its hard to sort out what your final score is. Any ideas on what I need to do to display this information clearly?

what kind of pda do you have? total score is at very bottom. maybe we should also display it at the top.

Hi, Guys!
i never saw an answer to these...

I played a round today, and my projected score starting the 18th was 97, but the projected score said 97.

Kevin,
A friend of mine sent this to me...

There used to be a way to force the "number only" keyboard in iPhone 1.x, but it was removed in 2.x.

if you put either "zip" or "phone", in the field name it would use the dialer keypad.

ya, we are aware of the old phone/zip thing, but it does not work on most iphones at this time.
