A buddy of mine got stung by a bee this weekend in a tourney during his swing. Obviously it affected the tee shot. They allowed him to tee off again (nice guys that they were). What's the correct ruling on this?

Not sure what the right ruling would be, but if I had to guess I'd say he was s*** out of luck. Even tho it was a physical influence, it's much like a car horn, jet flying over, etc, during your swing. It sucks, but it happens, and it's part of golf.

That happened to a lady golfer ,one time. The pro asked where she got stung , and she replied between the first and second hole. He suggested that she narrow her stance.

how funny is this, our buddy had the same thing happen at Wente Vineyard in CA. it was on the 5th hole and he was talking such sh*t up the that point. Oh yeah he sucked from there on out, and I gladly took his money...
it was an act of GOD and I knew he was on my side...

I suppose the right thing next week would to put my winnings in the basket...lol
