Of the 14 clubs in my bag (plus 2 that sometimes get swapped out with others), I am always looking for candidates to be replaced. Currently, of the 16, I thnk only the driver and 54* wedge are safe. Probably the first to be replaced is my 3 wood. It's a great off tee, but I'm thinking of replacing it with 4W that would be easier to hit off turf. If I came into enough money, I would probably consider new irons as well. I really love the Mizuno MP-52's and MX-200 (I would probably go with a blended set between the 2 models).
Of course, if enough money fell into my hands I might just replace everything including the bag...

I'm more than likely replacing my 4 and 5 irons for 4 and 5 hybrids. Cobra Bafflers. My driver also isn't looking too safe either. I'm itching to get the Cobra L4V or L5V.
Aside from that, I'm actually buying a cart this year and am going to start walking...I could do with the exercise!

The next club I'm replacing is a demo Ram Baffler DWS 24* hybrid I got for free from work. It's getting yanked for a Ping G10 of the same loft. After that, I'd like to replace my 3w and 5w. They are "old" callaway steelhead III's. Still nice clubs, but I'd like to get rid of them. Aside from that, maybe a new driver if my fiancee doesn't kill me before then for buying the other clubs.

5-9 irons are going soon. They are medium quality clubs, and in my opinion, beginner clubs. Time to utilize the technology available.

I have only been golfing for a year or so and was using a junker set of RAMS. So in the last week I have got nike slingshot oss irons. Adams BUL 3 Wood. Maxfli driver (not a big time driver but for some reason i liked it best.) a Taylormade r7 draw 3 hybrid rescue. I have played with them twice and shot my two best scores yet! For any beginer the advice i would give is that getting clubs fitted at least for length (i am +1") and getting glubs that you hit well not some box set or cheapies will make a huge difference!

Probably my sand and lob wedges. I have a pair of Nickent ARC wedges that are a couple of years old and don't really care for them. Only picked them up because I found them for $20 each on a closeout and my old Cleveland was pretty worn out.
I'd love to replace those two and the G10 PW and Gap wedge with some new blade style wedges. I have to figure out which companies make lefty wedges in the lofts I want (46*, 50*, 54* and 58*) I know my choices will most likely be limited.

Driver; Golfsmith XPC2000 (old) and its shaft have nicks and surface wear so I am on the market.
Options;
1. Snake Eyes 600T (10.5) Dad got for free from a friend I hit about 10 balls with and had some initial success.
2. Dad won a Tommy Armour 845 (10.5)
3. Ebay search (something with good reputation for around $50-75)
4. 1 Iron Golf Titanium Driver to match my irons.

Just bought the Callaway X-22 Tours, X-Forged 50, 54, and 58 degree wedges and Callaway FT 4 Wood. They will be delivered Tuesday.
Next on the list is the driver or hybrid and then I am done!!!!

Replacing 50* Vokey Spin with a F2 Plus 52* Had the opportunity to play with a F2 for several rounds. Tad more distance, softer landing and hold. Unbelieveable versatility out to the sand. Exceptionally easy to hit when opened up in sand or rough. Something to be said about Face Forward.

Still considering replacements for everything except 54* wedge - even the driver is not safe now. The first purchase (and only definite at this point) is a new putter. I will be purchasing an Odyssey 2 Ball center shafted putter in the next few weeks to replace my Scotty Cameron Futura Phantom center shafted putter. I used to have a 2 ball and was stupid and replaced it with a 3 ball. I don't putt badly with the Scotty, but just don't have the confidence I used to have with 2 ball. I'm not sure if I'm going to try to find an old White Hot (like I used to have) or go with one of the newer White Hot XG's models, but I'm definitely getting one soon. Still looking at new irons, probably the MX-200's, although I'm still considering the MP-52's as well.
I just wish I could afford to go to golf store and buy new everything once a year.

Well, since I wrote this I have since replaced almost everything in my bag. I have a new driver despite saying it was one of the 2 'safe' clubs (Callaway FT-i), new 3 wood (Taylor Made Burner), new irons (mixed set with Mizuno MP-60 7-PW and MX-900 5-6), new wedges (51* Mizuno MP-T and 56* MP-R), new putter (Odyssey XG 2-Ball CS). The only original clubs are my Mizuno hybrids (17, 23 and 26 Fli Hi CLK) and I'm even thinking of replacing the 17 with a 20 or pulling it and going with a 60* wedge. As I said before "...if enough money fell into my hands..." I got lucky and got 2 bonuses that were completely unexpected from work then bought everything on good deals (all the irons were used and in great shape) so I haven't spent as much it might look like.
