Is this a possibility? It would cost about $25 per player per year but we would be able to use Oob for tourneys and USGA events.

I think this is a great idea as well. Although it is great to be able to track stats and scores here, the index can not be used for tournaments if I understand the rules correctly.

Yes, the problem is that the USGA requires you to be a part of a club within 50 miles of your house and do as kidputter says play together (attest scores) in tourneys and regular play.

I think the demand for this is growing and we are starting to talk about doing something. User (not oob) would be responsible for manageing the tourneys and required meetings, but we would provide the tools.
