Yeah, Tight Lies seems to be easily the best bang for the buck at that level. I found a full set 4-PW for $150.

Might be a bit before I buy anything else, maybe next month Laughing

Rockbottomgolf is where I got my sets when they had a free shipping special on purchases over $75. Looks like right now, the special is three free gloves. Unfortunately, though, I can't wear gloves because I get exzema if I do.

Ugh...I accidentally ordered the left handed 60 degree wedge, and now the right handed 60 degree wedge is out of stock. Dick's customer service said I'd have to pay full price for the correct club once they get it in stock...and I'd have to pay full price for the one I want to keep if I send the left handed one back. No thanks. Looks like I'll be returning them both while eating the $8 shipping charge. Ouch.

It's complete crap, but hey... it got me through the phase of deciding if I enjoy golf without spending an arm and a leg Smile

That's similar to my Wilson "Air Power" set that I got through a frequent traveller program. Work pays for the hotels, so it was, in essence FREE. Smile It has done the job of hooking me on golf, and I will hopefully be able to start upgrading clubs soon.

I bought a set of random crappy old clubs from a friend for $20. Used them once at the driving range (my first time), and said to hell with it.. I'm buying a new set Smile

Next purchase is a new limited edition 2009 ogio bag Very Happy
