It looks like it's possible to add an international course to the DB, but it does not look like it's possible to the enter any scores from the course.

What's the current support for courses outside of the US?

You should be able to enter scores for international. There are quite a few already from australia. What exact problem are you having?

We are planning to add more international support in June timeframe. That will include:
- handicaping techniques outside usga
- easier ability to search for international courses
- prepopulation of many courses in uk and australia

ok, so lets say I've played a round at cronulla, NSW, Australia (http://www.cronullagolf.com.au/).

I go to enter score, search for cronulla and it's not found. Ok, so now I want to check if it's in the DB before I go and add it myself. I go to course finder but there seems to be no way to enter in a non US location. I remove the state and zip and just put "sydney" to try and see the courses in Sydney, NSW, AU but it takes me to somewhere in Florida.

You should be able to search for it while entering now.

Note that it is possible to zoom the course finder all the way out and drag your location to austrailia to view courses there. Sorry for the inconvenience, we will get this fixed as soon as possible.
