I have two related questions.

First, I signed up as an addict, but don't seem to be able to populate up-and-downs on my scorecards when posting new scores. I can get the category to show up on the card, but cannot enter anything into the boxes on the scorecard.

This led to my second issue. This site makes it extremely difficult for newbies to find any help whatsoever. Even after finding these forums, I went onto the forum for Bugs, and see that someone posted a related comment (not identical, but close) about having problems with posting up-and-downs. That was more than a month ago and there was no response from this site's administrator (if there is one). In fact, looking through that Bugs forum, there are *many* posts that have zero responses. Is there no administrator of this site that cares about these bugs or about responding to them so that others can find help for these topics?

Honestly, I'm getting frustrated enough where I'm tempted to simply ask for my money back (I just signed up yesterday) but I can't even find a link to contact anybody "official".

Are you sure you have it added as a stat to track? The reason I ask is because the only stats to track that are showing up on your scores are 'Fairway, Putts, GIR and Penalties'. When you are tracking a stat and don't fill it out, it still shows.

The Up and Down stat should be a drop down with yes/no choices.

as far as ups and downs... they need to be populated by you. they are not a category that can be tracked automatically because of differing opinions to what an up and down actually is.

technically- when you 1 putt- you got up and down from somewhere- even if it was for triple bogey.

You may want to turn on scramble or bogey scramble- which calculate automatically based on your putts and score to par. scramble is the % of times you miss a GIR but still par the hole or better. We created bogey scramble % to track the same thing but bogey or better- since most of us on oob are hacks (honesty can sting).
