So I was at Sports Authority today and i was buying package of Topflite Gamer V2 (my current fav ball) and I decided that I should buy a gap wedge to fill my hole between my PW and my SW. So I bought a standard commercial off the shelf wedge @ 52*. Hopefully I will be in the 90-105 yardage range with it. Will find out when I make the range this coming weekend.

Did you get the 52* Rac on clearance for 69.97, too?

No I got the ram tour grind, which was 15.99 instead of the 19.99 it was supposed to be listed at.

And the truth is, if I could afford to buy a complete matched set, I would...but not going to happen anytime soon.

Funny stuff. I bought a set of Adams Pro Gold Forged wedges last week for $30 a pop. I love them. Using the lob wedge is like picking the ball up and tossing it at the target. However, I have a feeling that if I was to pick up an Eidelon, I would probably never play anything else.

I recently replaced both my gap and lob wedges. TM Rac 52* and TM Z-TP 60*. Both were on sale/clearance at Sports Authority. I think I spent $150 for both.

I tend to use them more around the greens than my 48* and 56*. I've even been leaning toward the 60* (even before getting the TM) out of the greenside bunkers.

I love the 60* for flop shots. It's so much fun to be able to throw a ball that high.

I won an Eidelon Wedge a while back 60* and I love playing with it. I just needed some thing to cover a yardage gap while I improve my game. I will eventually buy new clubs to include wedges.
