i always enter my score on my phone and i notice tha the projected score is always wrong .. for example yesterday i shot a 68 through 14 holes. so on my phone it said curreent score 68 projected 80 .. with 4 holes left ( par4,par4,par3, par4) even if i had pared all 4 last holes i would still have an 83. I actually ended up going par, par bogey , birdie to finishe at 83. But how is this projected score calculated.. also at the end of the round it still had 80 as projected with 83 total ..

I noticed that today, then figured out that Projected Score appears to be your projected ending score after your handicap is applied.

I don't know how they calculate it, but it seems it's calculating projected score for 17 holes.
