Could you add a 'chip-in' stat. Should be simple, chip-in = zero putts on a hole.

What about the putts from fringe? I count holing one of those as a 0, even though its technically not a chip.

A putt from the fringe is a chip . . . or not, but it's not a putt.

Could we get a stat to track putts from the fringe. Technically it is neither a chip nor a putt for stat recording purposes.

Off the fringe is a chip. The club you use does not change the type of shot. Just like if you use a PW to sink a ball 3 inches from the hole, it is still a putt, not a chip.
