Hi. I have been playing a yonex A.D.X 300 #10 iron for the last year. its a bit battered but i play it extremely well around the greens and it save a good amount of shots each round i play. any how I would like to know if anyone can help with what the loft would be on this club. I picked it up for £1.00 gbp which is a bargain and have searched extensively on line to get the answer but cannot find a site that can help. Any ideas?

I would take a pitching wedge whose loft you're certain of and press the two clubs against a wall, abutting each other, and compare the respective angles. If they're parallel then you know exactly what degree it is. If one is more shallow or steep than the other than you could probably get an accurate approximation, give or take a degree.

I've heard of standing on the clubface and comparing the angles that the shaft stands at, but I've seen too many variables between clubs. Or I suppose one could scrounge up a protractor?
