I'm at a loss why my handicap on oobgolf seems low.
I entered my scores at another site and my handicap came in 5 strokes higher!
What's going on? Is the handicap listed supposed to be added to another number or is it an index? How do you use your index if so?

if you have fewer than 20 rounds, then oobgolf will pick your best half.

the other site may be looking at more than half of your rounds.
