Is it normal for Ping to take 2 months to fill an order

I put in an order for my new G15 driver on January 3. I was in to talk to the rep at the local golf shop again yesterday, and he said that there was a guy in on December 30 to order as set of Ping fairway woods that had just come in yesterday.

Is this normal during the winter months? In all honesty, it's the sort of thing that would sway me away from ordering Ping equipment again in the future.

It's kind of funny...I just got a call saying that my driver just came in!
