Rumor and phonecalls have it that the temporary greens are done and the course is playing as it should. there have also been some other fixes with the fairways and a few other greens so Crossgates should be back to it's former quality. That's good news! I suggest everybody check this course out at LEAST once.


oh... AND windoz grill. The food there is awesome, and the servers there are pretty easy on the eyes. haha.

So, the green on 15 is still temporary. 14 is a little furry too, but still healing. I can only think it'll be done in time for the club championship. At least i hope so. Back on calling before you go.

Got the email today that all 18 greens are open and in really good shape!. Good thing too since the club championship is this weekend.

the 14th green is back to crap again. It's so chewed up that just playing that hole could ruin your whole round. Not only is it like putting in a sand trap, the parts that ARENT filled with sand are 1/2 inch deep. I hit a putt from 20 feet and 3 feet out it hit one of the seams and jumped offline 6 feet and about 2 feet in the air. The entire green is GUR or abnormal ground conditions.

The rest of the course is in great shape, but just be sure in your 4 some that you agree to an automatic 2 putt or something on 14.
