Be prepared to:
Send unanswered e-mails...gotta do it to document for FLA. Attorney general a pattern of neglect.
Call very frequently to talk to impotent "Customer Service" reps who assure you they will fix things....NOT!
Assume you may need to take possession of anything you buy from GigaGolf despite their return guarantees without recovering expenses.
It takes a LOT of work to get anything done if you are not satisfied with their products.
Last thing, be suspicious of a "credit manager" who appears to never be available.
My recommendation is to look carefully elsewhere.
