All of my report options such as viewing my development, putting, etc. Either does not show up, is on the bottom right corner of the frame which holds it on the webpage, or loads with no data.

there is a bug with the older style reports (putting, fairways, GIR %) that has them showing up off screen. However the new ones (Development and Course Stats) should not have this problem. What happens when you click on the Development report?

I clicked the development report section and it loads properly and in perfect alignment. But I filled out the necessary form parts and nothing appears on the graph. There should be data between the dates but nothing appears on either the development or course stats.

This is because all of your rounds are marked as "practice" which means you didn't play by the rules of the game. Practice scores do not affect handicap or statistics.
