I already mentioned this in a separate post about Eidolon wedges for sale, but figured it should have its own post so someone looking for a Cleveland might actually find it. Forgive my double posting.
I just won this wedge at a tourney last October. I was able to specify loft and then they sent me the new wedge 4 weeks later. I tried it out on the range. Hit 20-30 balls off the turf. Never played it in a round. Liked it, but personally, I have much more confidence in my Titleist Vokeys since I practice and play with them nearly everyday during the season. I'm sure this Cleveland is great too, just not something I have any interest in changing to right now.
The DSG stand for Dynamic Sole Grind, which to me, seems similar to the double angle sole grind that Eidolon makes. The trailing edge is much shallower for easier open-faced shots from sand, tight lies or for flop shots. The leading edge on the other hand is more normal for full-faced shots. I guess the concept is "two, two, two wedges in one."
It's the oil can finish, which seems to get immediately shiny upon ball impact or impact with the ground. Not sure what it retails for, but I'm guessing $129. I listed it on Ebay for 80 bucks plus shipping. I will sell it here on OOB for the same price, but with FREE shipping in the lower 48. It is virtually new, as explained above. I can send pics.
