I love your website, and I love your work, and I appreciate that OobGolf may not be your primary job (and so not the activity to which you can dedicate most of your time) but...as someone who works in IT support what users appreciate is that any problems they report at least get acknowledged.
I say this because I've reported bugs to which I've had no response (one only yesterday, so I'm not counting that), and I've seen at least two other bug reports, or at least questions, from other users which also haven't had a response.
So, can I suggest that you acknowledge that you've noted the problem as being reported (and start to check the BUGS forum regularly, e.g. weekly, if you don't already).
You could give a reference number if you want, although not strictly necessary and it might seem a bit anal, but it might, I suppose, indicate that it has been added to a To Do list of bug fixing work.
Right now, some bug reports seem to fall in to a black hole - which users HATE!
