I've noticed this in the past few rounds I've posted on OOB. I've gone through and input fairways hit or missed (I'm not tracking left/right at this point) when entering my scores. The majority of the holes I input a value hold the value submitted.

However after saving, I always end up with a few seemingly random blanks:

I've gone back and re-entered the values and then saved again with no changes. I've also hit PREV or NEXT and modified a few other things followed by a Save to see if that helps, but no dice. Basically I can go back in and add any value to hole 11 and 13 and it still shows up as blank no matter how I go about saving it.

The issue related to this is that it's throwing off the final fairway percentage. IE for the round above, I hit 3 out of 9, so my % was 33.3. With the blanks, it's being computed as 3 out of 7, resulting in an inflated 42.9%.

Any ideas or suggestions as to how/why this is happening? I also wish there was a way to manually edit or enter GIR's, but that's a question for another day. [/img]

You do not hit or miss fairways on Par 3s, so it is removing them from the equation. So instead of 3 of 9 fairways hit, you are actually hitting 3 of 7.

Imasmtazz is correct. There are technically no fairways on par 3s. And even if there were, you should not be trying to "Hit" them. The object is to make the green in regulation on par 3s, which of course means getting there with your tee shot. If you ever listen to announcers when watching golf on TV, you will always hear that "....he hit 12 of 14 fairways for the round." You will never hear "...12 of 18 fairways."

Also, why would you want to manually enter GIRs? It does the work for you automatically when you enter how many putts you made. On a par four, if you have 2 putts and carded a 4, you get a GIR. Either you were there in 2 (or less) or you weren't. GIRs are pretty much black and white.
